Branson, Missouri Christmas Tour 25th Anniversary Celebration
Tentative Itinerary:
Day 1: Tues. Nov. 2 – Today is our actual 25th Anniversary!!
Coach # 1 will depart from Orillia at 6:30a.m. & Barrie, Kozlov Mall at 7:00a.m.
Coach # 2 will depart from the Tour Office at 6:30a.m. & Newmarket at 7:00a.m. (Overnight parking is available at our office) Remember to bring your Canadian Passport for the border crossing into the USA. We will allow time for duty free shopping. Today we will travel to the Drury Inn in Sharonville, Ohio for our first night. A group dinner will be held at the “Cracker Barrel” restaurant located next door to our hotel. (D)
Day 2: Wed., Nov. 3 – After an early breakfast we will depart for St. Louis, Missouri for our overnight stay at the Drury Hotel. (B)
Day 3: Thurs., Nov. 4 - This morning after breakfast we make our way to Branson arriving mid afternoon. We will be staying at the Grand Plaza Hotel located at 245 N Wildwood Drive. Our hotel offers a restaurant, lounge and indoor pool. We will have a group dinner at the “Plaza View Restaurant” at our hotel followed by the Mel, Pam & Tillis Family Christmas Show at 7:30p.m. A driving tour of the Branson Area Festival of Lights will conclude our day. Day 4: Fri., Nov. 5 – A breakfast is included each morning at the hotel. Today you have several choices to make. This morning you have the option of relaxing at the hotel or joining us at 10:00a.m. to visit Branson’s unique Original Main Street – “Dick’s Old Time Five & Dime Store” is a must see. This afternoon you will have a choice of attending one of two shows: 3:00p.m. - Paul Revere & The Raiders with The Comets OR at 3:30pm Sight & Sound “Miracle of Christmas” (additional $30.00 Can.) Tonight we will dine at “Pasta House”, followed by “Presleys’ Country Jubilee” at 8:00p.m. - one of the original variety shows in Branson. (B & D).
Day 5: Sat., Nov. 6 – Today’s highlights include: 10:00am - Twelve Irish Tenors OR at 10:30am Shoji Tabuchi (additional $26.00 Can.) In the afternoon there will be free time for excellent shopping & lunch at The Landing OR enjoy a ride at 2:00pm on the Branson Scenic Railway (additional $30.00 Can.) Tonight dinner will be at 5:00p.m. at the “Moon River Grill” followed by an evening concert with Andy Williams at 7:00p.m. (B & D)
Day 6: Sun., Nov. 7 – This morning we will attend Broadway the Spirit of Christmas at 10:00a.m. This afternoon we will visit Silver Dollar City. In the late afternoon we will enjoy the lighting ceremony of the Christmas Tree in the Town Square, shops, a variety of concerts and dinner vouchers to be used at one of the restaurants on site. Day 7: Mon., Nov. 8 - Today we will depart for St. Louis with a fun lunch stop at “Lambert’s – the home of the Throwed Roll”. This evening we will stay at the Drury Inn with an optional visit to Ameristar Casino in the evening. (B)
Day 8: Tues., Nov. 9 – Following breakfast, we travel to Shipshewana, Indiana for our overnight stay at the Country Inn & Suites. A special evening dinner will complete our Anniversary Tour. (B & D).
Day 9: Wed., Nov. 10 – Following breakfast, we will return to Canada via Port Huron - which will include meal stops, coffee breaks and shopping at the Duty Free store. Return to Tour Office at approximately 8:30p.m. and Barrie at 9:00p.m. (B)
