A Country Music Christmas in Memphis & Nashville
Tentative Itinerary:
Day 1: Mon., Nov. 23 - The tour will depart from Barrie, Kozlov Mall at 7:00a.m. & the Tour Office at 7:30a.m. (Overnight parking is available at our Tour Office) Remember to bring with you your Canadian Passport for the border crossing into the USA. We will allow time for duty free shopping. Today we will travel to Cincinnati, Ohio for our first night staying at the Drury Inn.
Day 2: Tues., Nov. 24 - After breakfast we will continue our journey to Memphis, Tennessee checking into the beautiful & historic Peabody Hotel for a two night stay. We will walk to Beale Street where we will enjoy a traditional southern cuisine and jazz music – home of the Blues. (B & D)
Day 3: Wed., Nov. 25 – Today’s highlights will include: The Memphis Visitors Centre, a visit to Graceland Mansion, the home of the late Elvis Presley, the King of Rock and Roll and at 5:00p.m. we will witness the famous Duck March at the Peabody Hotel. (B)
Day 4: Thurs., Nov. 26 - This morning following breakfast we will depart for Nashville. We will check into the famous Opryland Hotel enjoying our upgraded, Garden Terrace rooms that overlook the decorated atriums, during our 2 night stay. You will have the afternoon to explore the resort setting. Tonight we will enjoy Louise Mandrell’s “Joy to the World” Christmas Dinner Show at the hotel. (B & D)
Day 5: Fri., Nov. 27 - This morning discover Nashville with our local step-on guide. This afternoon we will return to the resort. Included with our stay at the Opryland Hotel are tickets to the “Treasures for the Holidays – Craft, Antique and Art Show” held at our hotel, tickets to see “The Hall of Trees” & “Ice!” This evening we will attend the Grand Ole Opry, the oldest continuously running radio program in the United States which will be performed at the Ryman Auditorium during the Christmas season. (B)
Day 6: Sat., Nov. 28 – Today we will have a late check out followed by the Radio City Christmas Spectacular starring the World Famous Rockettes performance at 11:00a.m. Then we will our journey home travelling to Sharonville, Ohio for our overnight stay at the Drury Inn. (B & D)
Day 7: Sun., Nov. 29 – Following breakfast, we will return to Canada via Port Huron which will include meal stops, coffee breaks and shopping at the Duty Free store. Return to Tour Office at approximately 8:30p.m. and Barrie at 9:00p.m. (B)
Tour includes: motor coach transportation with tour director, 6 nights hotel accommodation, hotel taxes, baggage handling, admission to 3 music theatre performances as listed in the itinerary, guided city tour, admissions to attractions as listed in itinerary, 6 breakfasts, 3 evening dinners, duty free shopping & GST EXEMPT.

PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP:
A Valid Canadian Passport - the best form of Identification
As of June 1, 2009, a Valid Canadian passport is required for those travelling to the United States by land, air or cruise ship.
Canadian Residents Holding non-Canadian Passports: Upon entry into the USA by land, you must fill out Form I-94, and pay $6 US per person. Upon your return to Canada, the form must be presented to the customs office as proof that you have left the USA.
Hamilton Tours staff advise passengers of their travel document requirements, but we will not be responsible for passengers denied access to the US, or for re-entry into Canada. If this happens, you will be responsible for your own transportation home.
To facilitate border crossing, please keep your identification on your person.
